Take a train to Hsinchu Station, transfer to the Neiwan Branch Line to Zhubei Liujia Station, and then take the school shuttle, Bus 182 (paid), or the Science Park Circular Bus. Get off at Hakka Cultural Park Station and walk to your destination.
