Alumni Association

The bylaws of this organization shall take effect upon approval by the General Assembly, and the same procedure shall apply to any amendments.

• General Principles

  1. The official name of the organization is “Alumni Association of the Department of Communication and Technology, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University” (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”).
  2. The purpose of the Association is to promote interactions among alumni, strengthen relationships, and advance the development of the department.
  3. The scope of activities of the Association is limited to the Department of Communication and Technology.
  4. A General Assembly of members shall be held every two years. The Chairperson of the Association shall preside over the meeting. If necessary, an extraordinary General Assembly may be convened upon the request of at least one-half (inclusive) of the members or the suggestion of the Chairperson.
