Abstract：
On the contemporary Internet, our life of the community have been impacted by the Internet, we can see the traces of the Internet from private activities to the whole social movement, which make the Internet not only service personal messaging but collective action of social consensus as a tool.
Therefore, to understanding the Internet of social function and spread the message of the public become more important, our wish is to reach a social interests , the topic of the Annual Conference of the 2012 Taiwan Academy for information Society : Public Communication, Collective Action and the Internet.”
