Intro:
In 1979, there were two main historical monumental events in Taiwan: one is the Formosa Incident which is the biggest crash to Taiwan’ democracy; the other is “oil disease” incident which happened to be largest environmental incident at that time.
Due to the leak of the toxicant in the oil, lots of people became blind and suffered lots of diseases such cancers and others. After more than suffering 30 years, how many people still remember this historical moment and the health issue of these victims at that time?
