演講主題簡述：
Video games have been a popular form of media entertainment since the 1970s, with gamers of all ages experiencing and engaging digital worlds and creating lasting memories in those spaces. In this presentation, we review and discuss emerging theoretical and empirical research in and around video games as unique elicitors of mediated nostalgia (and the psychological effects of nostalgia), both for older players experiencing their “good ol’ days” and younger gamers engaging in and appreciating media histories.
